Due to the highly personalised, done-with-you nature of our services, refunds are generally not offered once a session has been delivered or a program has commenced. Our commitment is to work with you until the agreed outcome is achieved — which is a stronger guarantee than a simple refund policy.

If payment fails, we may pause access to services until payment is resolved. We will notify you before any service suspension.
