Due to the highly personalised, done-with-you nature of our services, refunds are generally not offered once a session has been delivered or a program has commenced. Our commitment is to work with you until the agreed outcome is achieved — which is a stronger guarantee than a simple refund policy.
Specific refund terms, if applicable, will be outlined in your individual program agreement at the time of enrolment.
If payment fails, we may pause access to services until payment is resolved. We will notify you before any service suspension.
Where payment plans are offered, all instalments are required regardless of program participation. Non-payment of instalments may result in suspension of service and collection action.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our Service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access and will provide reasonable notice when possible.
We provide client support via email at support@faithinlife.ca . Response times and support hours are communicated at the time of enrolment for each program.
For applicable programs, we commit to working with you until the agreed deliverable is achieved (e.g., a launched offer, a completed session outcome). The specific terms of this commitment are outlined in each program's description and confirmed during your Discernment Call.
